Fix disappearing dialog windows

We have fixed an issue with certain dialog windows occasionally disappearing after performing search action.

Fix Dashboard widgets issue

We have fixed an issue with the Dashboard loading indefinitely after domain dialect change. Now, the widgets are displayed only for resources that exist in dialect of current domain. Any monitoring data collected prior to dialect change is preserved.
